Business Consulting, Mentoring, Interim Management
About Hank Weber - Associate Mastermind Consulting Network
Most of my career has been built upon project based performance and accountability. At this point in my career I am no longer committed to an individual company and am seeking to provide project based business, marketing, organizational development, franchising and Internet Marketing results to multiple and diverse organizations.

I am available for project assignments, interim management positions and structured individual and group mentoring programs.
As a perpetual student of business, marketing, team building and Internet marketing I have designed and implemented business and marketing strategies hundreds of times for a large number of organizations.

My business career has crossed many industries and job functions. I have worked as a project engineer, a manufacturing operations manager, a computer programmer and systems analyst, a computer hardware and software salesman, a corporate and personal trainer, a division manager for a large engineering consulting firm, an entrepreneur, a franchisee, a franchiser, a franchising company President and CEO, a college and university business teacher, a marketing consultant, a web site designer and an Internet marketer.

I have marketed and sold computers, software, web sites, consulting assignments, franchises and other businesses. Oh, and I worked for four years while in high school and college as a plumber in my father's plumbing business.

I have operated as a personal mentor for over thirty people and have been an adjunct business faculty member of colleges and Universities for over twenty years. I have created, developed and conducted more than two hundred new business start up and expansion classes and have conducted more than fifty training and development seminars and classes for private industry.

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and returned to school full time after two years of work experience to graduate first in my Master of Business Administration class.

Most importantly I have repeatedly implemented the theories that I have studied. I have learned that application is the key to sustained success.
